- TERMS OF SALES: Payment by Cash. Other terms announced at the time of sale. Goods sold by "Entirety" or in suitable "Individual" lots. The door will be opened and a visual inspection can be made at the time of bidding. Bring a flashlight & your own padlocks. Subject to errors and omissions. Units not paid for at the end of the sale will be offered to the next highest bidder. After 48 hours, if not removed, units become the property of the storage company. Personal items, such as family photos, birth certificates, personal records, etc., should be boxed and delivered to the facility manager. Buyers are required to remove the complete contents of all units purchased. Sale subject to cancellation and postponement. 10% Buyer's Premium will be applied to all purchases.
